Do your salon take Walk-ins?

Currently, we are not providing walk in services. Appointment must be made at least 2 hrs in advance.​ If you are running late please notify the receptionist. Due to covid-19 everyone needs an appointment. Please wear your mask, wash your hands, and keep social distancing.

I need to Cancel. What do I do?

We understand life happens. Please Cancel within 48 hrs. If you are 15mins late to your appointment it will be considered as a No Call/No show and you will have to reschedule. All No call/No show may result in no future bookings with us. Retainers for events will not be returned but may be used for another event/date within 3 mos.

I'm running late. What do I do?

We understand life happens. After 10mins late, a late fee applies. Its $1/min for every minute after your scheduled appointment time. Please contact us as soon as you realize you will be late. If you are 15mins late to your appointment with no heads up, it will be considered as a No Call/No show and you will have to reschedule. All No call/No show may result in no future bookings with us.

What forms of Payments do you accept?

At the moment we accept Cash, Cashapp, PayPal and any credit card through PayPal/SSquare. We do not accept checks are not accepted. Contact-less payments are preferred.

Can I bring my Child?

Due to Covid, extra people are not allowed. Only persons being serviced can enter.

What are these extra fees on my bill?

You may receive extra fees due to lateness, a previous cancelled/rescheduled appointment, long hair, or damages done to property. Your stylist will let you know specifically what they are.
